Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

Elysium Essentials LLC covers or reimburses return shipping only when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is caused by a fulfillment error, subject to review and approval.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
